Institution Help

Help with Engage at Indiana University is provided by the UITS Support Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach the Support Center via email (ithelp@iu.edu), online chat (http://ithelplive.iu.edu), or telephone. Telephone contact information for each campus Support Center is available here: https://kb.iu.edu/data/abxl.html.

If Engage is not responding as usual, or you think the system might not be working properly, please call the UITS Support Center. UITS staff there will troubleshoot and try to resolve the problem. If they are unable to resolve the difficulty, they will collect and record the details of the problem and alert the Engage system administrators on your behalf.
